天車方向預警燈開發原由

您知道嗎? 好的安全設施，自己會買單!!

當職業災害發生，除了醫藥費、慰問金、賠償金這些直接費用外，間接的費用還包括: 產線的稼動時間損失、生產排程延誤、生產機具損壞、產品損壞、訓練新員工、訴訟費用、保險費提高及企業形象損失等。根據美國職業安全與健康管理局的資料[1]，每投資1塊錢於好的安全設施，可以讓您省下4到6塊錢的花費。

天車是許多工廠不可或缺的機具，也是最危險的機具之一。根據美國勞工部統計中心的數據(下圖)[2]，在1992年到2006年之間，有157人死於天車的觸電意外，平均每年10.46人；有132人死於被天車吊掛物所擊中，平均每年8.8人(本數據為製造業天車)。2011年台灣製造業職業災害死亡千人率為0.036‰，美國則為0.022‰。

在操作天車時，有時作業員因站立位置不同，不易分清東西南北，如果此時天車已負載重物，那將重物移往錯誤的方向就非常危險了。2006年，某鋼鐵公司的作業員，操作天車來搬運20噸的鋼捲，由於搞錯方向，致使鋼捲重物往自己身上撞擊，該員因背後有其他鋼捲而無法閃避，以致被鋼捲夾死。

為了廣大勞工朋友的安全，及避免天車災害的損失。坤溢企業研發出全球第一套天車方向預警燈，讓操作人員能安全地、有效率地操作天車。只要在移動天車前，輕按方向按鍵，就能依預警燈的方向操作天車，不需要去移動天車來辨別位置，也不會將重物移錯方向而造成意外。當需要以斜向前進時，也可同時輕按兩個方向(如東、北)，再依方向指示燈來操作，如此可減少移動距離，提高生產效率。

為了以燈號顯示看不見的殺手-----電，坤溢企業研發出快速安裝的安全尾燈，有別於傳統的燒焊固定，此接電採快速電刷插座，只要以夾具即可安裝於電軌尾端，節省10倍的安裝時間。讓相關維護人員可以一眼就辨別有電沒電，避免觸電意外。
